- Example: live stream + on-demand segments
- Example: web + mobile app + smart speaker
- Example: “Contact us for a current listener sheet.”
Ad formats
List what you actually sell. Typical radio-adjacent options:
- Audio: pre-roll / mid-roll spots, live reads, sponsored breaks
- Digital: site skins, hero banners, newsletter sponsorships
- Experiential: events, artist features, branded playlists
Creative specs (starter)

- Audio: length (e.g. :15 / :30 / :60), loudness (e.g. -16 LUFS), file type (WAV/MP3)
- Copy deadline & trafficking lead time
Brand & editorial
Link to logo downloads, color values, and tone-of-voice notes. Clarify what sponsors can and cannot say (claims, contests, alcohol, etc.) — your lawyer can tighten this.
Rate card & process
Many stations send pricing by email or PDF after a short qualification step. Outline: minimum spend, flight length, reporting you provide (impressions, completion rate, clicks), and payment terms.
